I am using integrated system E-REC
The recruiter is unable to change the question / questionnaire status from "draft" to released. Please advice
the recruiter user uses the NWBC with reference user "YN_RCF_RECRU" and the following roles:
"SAP_RCF_INTERNAL_CANDIDATE, SAP_RCF_RECRUITER_ERC_CI_2, SAP_RCF_RECRUITER_ERC_CI_4, SAP_RCF_RECRUITER_SR_ERC_CI_4"
