QR code learning

Hi,

We are currently working on automated attendance using QR code but its not working on iphone or android device.

we seen that its working on ipad. is there any logic or restrictions on this enhancement?

As of now QR Codes are working only on iPad devices. Mentioned in Help Document

You can request for Enhancement Request in the portal to include this feature for other devices as well. Link to Influence portal

Hi Sumit,

Thanks for your reply.We did this but after scanning QR code instructor need to update attendance in ipad.

We dont want any additional work.is there any way?
