Hi Experts!
We have a business requirement to retain only the last 4 digits National ID(Singapore) from National ID Portlet information for Singapore Employees who have been terminated 7 years ago. Could you please advise me on how to retain only the last 4 digits of the National ID as it's format is not allowing to update and keep only the last 4 digits using a Business Rule.
Thanks & regards
Srini

Hi Srini, have you thought about creating a second National ID for Singapore without formatting, or formatting for 4 characters and storing the data there for terminated employees. If the data is for information only and not to be used in any kind of validation then this could be an option?
Kind regards Tanya
