Dear Experts,
For one of my customers, there is a data migration issue happened during the project implementation which resulted in 2 user IDs of a global assignee in SuccessFactors are linked to different Person IDs. The solution is to purge these records and reupload with correct IDs. However, by the time they realized the issue, the employee was also involved in some interview processes in Recruiting. Now the system do not allow the purge of this user. The recruiting team would like to retain the interview feedback in the system.
Have you come across such a situation in your projects? do you know how this situation can be handled in SuccessFactors? The data is further sent to SAP ECC system for downstream processes like payroll. etc.
