Publishing View link is not working

We are having problem with Publishing view link. Publishing View link is giving following issues -

1. the icons for launching demos and practice sims are absent on all slides.

2. zoom in icon on images are not visible

3. The error on every steps says Bubble not found

Can you advise on how we could resolve these issues?

P.S. Authoring view and Local view links are working fine.

Hi Mayuri,

for me it sounds, that your Resources (especially with the Bubble Styles) are not published.

If you can't see the Resources in your Producer please click on "View"/ Workarea Details / and check "Show Resources"

Then you should be able to publish them.

For the Zoom, please make sure that you have enabled the "Zoom" function in your Bookpage while you click on your Image where you want to have the "Zoom In" option available.

We already have these options ON in our producer. We are able to publish them but facing aforementioned issues

Hi Mayuri,

what you also can check is the version of a published object. Select f.e. the Bubble Style White Island in the Manager and then click on the arrow on the right upper corner next to "unpublish" and choose then "Versions/Tags". Maybe an outdated old version of this object is published.

Make also sure that used graphics f.e. an used icon on a book page which you may have picked from an image library like the Toolbox are also published and available. To publish a book page which maybe contains unpublished elements could lead to such errors.
