Published content displays different than Unpublished content

I created a course in Producer and it shows great in the Trainer. After I publish it and go to my Learner View, the content displays differently. Some pages don't show content at all. Some pages don't have the background color. Some pages just display the text.

What am I missing?

Hi,

This can happen when referenced resources or Templates are not published, or when individual book pages have not been published.

The first thing I'd try, would be to make sure that any template or set of templates you used for the bookpages is also published.

Yep, just ensure that all resources are published as well as referenced content: templates, images, etc.

All of the templates, resources, etc. are published within the Toolbox. The issue with that is for some reason the Toolbox in Manager is in the Unsorted folder and I cannot move it. The same Toolbox in Producer is under the Root folder, not in Unsorted. I've synced but Manager and Producer still look different as it relates to the Toolbox.
