Hi
I have a scenario where i need to pay the terminated employees (for previous year worked) and i am able to show them in my worksheet. Now for Publish to EC, When i try to search for the terminated employees in the "Publish Selected Employees in Employee Central" search box, they dont show up in the search..Anyone faced this or any suggestions please let me know.
Regards
Vivek

Hi @vivekpwc
I tested today and was able to replicate your issue.
As of now the only way to "publish back for selected employees" for inactive employees is to use the Import CSV feature linked right below the user search box. I tested that and it worked fine.
I talked to our Product team and they asked me to create a JIRA to have the user search fixed for inactive employees. I will do that and share JIRA # here.
All the best,
Xavier

Hi Xavier
Yes, i tested and it worked fine. Also when i did the publish of worksheet for that planner the inactive record posted as well. So just that its not showing in the user search when we wanted to post individually for inactive employees.
Thanks for raising to the product team and hopefully they will fix it.
Thanks
Vivek

Hi Vivek,
It sounds like maybe you don't have access to search for inactive employees.
Try this permission -
CAUTION - this permission will open up searching for inactives across the system (People Profile, Talent module searches) and it does not respect RBP targets in all cases - so this permission should be given out with caution. If this is for an Admin in your case who already have access to everyone it should be fine but it should only be given out to other users when there is no other option as mentioned since it does not respect targets in all cases and could allow a user to search someone who is inactive who is outside their target.
Thanks,
Lesley
