Publish a simulation so that it appears in the S/4 HANA learning Center?

How to publish a simulation on SAP Enable Now Manager so that it appears in the S/4 HANA learning Center?

I am a new user and I have recorded a simulation while performing a task on S4 HANA and after completing the recording I have added Web Assistant Context (Product name, version). Next, what all options should be selected under the Publish Object pop-up so that the simulation appears under the S/4 HANA learning Center.

You don't use the 'Publish Object' functionality, if that's what you're doing. If you want actual users to see it, it just needs to have the Published flag set. And then obviously you need to have the context info (product/version/context) captured, which you say you have (thouigh I don't know why you need to add it manually - it should be captured during recording - unless you're on a virtual terminal...). And then, assuming Web Assistant is set up to point to your Workarea, it should be visible.

I want to clarify a couple of points.

1. How can we have a published flag against a simulation, is it by clicking the Publish option on the Enable Now Manager?

2. The "Web Assistant Context" info (product/version/context) didn't get captured captured automatically. Hence, we had to enter the context info manually.

3. Can you please share info on what do you mean by Workarea should be visible.

Sharing more background information: We are recording the S4 HANA transactions on Google Chrome.

Sarvesh:

1. You set it as published by selecting the Publish checkbox when you finish editing, or change the workflow, or by completing the last step in a Workflow process (but I'm guessing you aren't using Workflow).

3. You need to have configured your S/4 system to use Web Assistant and point to your Workarea for help. That's something the SAP Implementation Consultant will typically do during the initial implementation.
