Hello Experts,
We have a condition where in a holiday calendar there will some public holiday for mass leave (Example on 13th march and 15th may), in the beginning of the year the employee will get 12 absence quotas. The client want the absence quota to be automatically deducted by those 2 mass leaves on 1st January. I know we can create a record on IT2001 for future date that will deduct IT2006, but is there a way to deduct IT2006 just from looking at the public holiday without creating any IT2001 record?
