Provisioning System Access by Customer

Hi Team - how i get Provisioning System Access as a customer. below is the error message while login to HXM portal.

Hi Aman,

In the screenshot its clearly mentioned as a Customer you are not allowed to access Provisioning.

Provisioning system access is given by SAP to only certified implementation partner companies. If you want to do any changes Provisioning then your Success Factor implementation partner only can do it.

Hi Aman, did you manange to find solution for the issue you were having to access provisioning system access? I am also looking for the solution.

In this case you have to reach out to your implementation partner, they only can help you.

As implementation partner is not interested to giving provisioning access because they will have less ticket raised by customer. what will be the solution than ?
