Province Field Blank in Canadian Compliance Forms

Compliance forms have been configured for the Onboarding process. 

The overrideFieldsMeta has been configured with the GLOBAL_FILTER_CONFIG for the Country and WorkState - Province in our case. 

EC Mini Master is being used. The Location object has been configured with every location being associated to a Province. 

The TD1 form triggers and the Province field is blank. Without this, the new hire is unable to submit the form. Also, the provincial form is not triggering.

Has anyone encountered this in their configuration? 

Any leads on what may be causing this?

Hi,

We have a similar issue. Provincial Compliance forms stopped triggering in April this year. We have the Meta Data Override set to look at a custom MDF that contains the Province values. We are hopefully in the final stages to try and understand why it is not triggering as no changes were made relating to config driving this. The Province value is pulling from a custom field on JobInfo (Primary Work Location). This worked fine before. Federal forms are triggering correctly.

Will revert back if we make progress. SAP engineering team is looking into this.

Hi,

For completeness sake I will add this comment. We were able to resolve our issue by providing permissions to the BPE Service user to view the custom objects. This worked before and no changes were made to permissions, so this is still unclear as to the root cause, but we were able to resolve via permissions.
