Hi @Ritanshi9
No you can only integrate it if there is a field in Job Info.
For example if you have Time Off implemented add a field below to track it as per my explanation in this blog:

Hi Xavier,
Thanks for the wonderful article. Had one question here. Agree job info is not having any information regarding event and time management is implemented.
In case, we want employee to be included for variable pay for duration the employee has worked during the financial year and exclude the duration when the employee is on unpaid leave, is it possible.
Global Eligibility Rule can be placed, however only that effective date should be removed for which employee was on LOA. Is it possible
Thanks
Ritanshi
Hi @Ritanshi9 , you can point your main record rule (the one at the bottom of EC Settings page) to include all events but "Unpaid Leaves" but you cannot build it based on Event Reasons in a reliable way. If you base it on Event reasons then you run the risk of another event being added and preventing data accuracy on proration. Which is why I would recommend adding an extra field to Job Info and using that field in your rule. Thanks, Xavier
@catlin VarPay is able to automatically exclude / prorate out any any data from any field of EC (for example Status=Leave of Absence). What it does NOT do in standard and the reason for the above blog is to exclude/ prorate out specific Time Types only. For that you need the blog above and the additional field and business rule I explain in the first paragraph.
@xavierlegarrec- Thanks for your quick response. Much appreciate your insightful knowledge of the VP. It has been a tremendous help on navigating some of the complex client requirement.
I am struggling to remove the LOA period from the Employee History.
For example - VP planning period is 06/01/2024-05/31/2025. The employee is hired on the 02/01/2025, but went on a career break from 03/01/2025-03/31/2025. When I run the eligility rule to exclude the march period from the employee history, it is not picking up this logic and only shows this employee's start date from 02/01/2025-05/31-2025. It did not create 2 lines of employee history records (I am expecting to see line 1 has record as of 02/01/2025-02/28/2025 and line 2 04/01/2025-05/31/2025.
Am I missing something here??
