Pronoun Field - interfacing with Microsoft Teams and Outlook

Hi All

We have enabled the pronoun field on the header in employee profile.

We now would like to interface this field with Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Can other companies share how they have been able to do this, and please provide examples of how this appears (visual) on Microsoft Teams and Outlook?

Would sound like a custom integration (I doubt Azure feeds these tools directly? If so it would just be ensuring pronouns are added in that interface). I believe in the standard (not considering azure as the basis for this data), I think it only takes first and last name.
