Production Issue: Errors for Rejection mail

Hi,

I have a candidate who has applied for two different requisitions. For the first requisition, the candidate is Rejected. For the second requisition, if I want to execute a Rejection activity, the mail is not being sent and I have the following errors.

The application will be processed in relation to at least one requisition

Assign an activity to the invitation

This issue is not replicating in Development or Quality. But it is repeatedly occuring in Production.

Hi Veera,

Was the application forwarded to another requisition or is it just another (additional) application?

The application was forwarded by the applicant to the second requisition. I want to Reject him for the second requisition too, but neither the activity executes nor the mail goes. Before anything happens, the above two errors occur.

Hi Veera,

If you have rejected the application from the first requisition, it is already in "rejected" status. What happens when forwarding applications is that the application stays the same but there is an additional candidacy created which links the application to the second requisition.
