Product Enquiry on AdobeSign Integration with SAP SF Recruiting

Hi,

My customer is trying to implement AdobeSign via this guide from Adobe Adobe Sign for SAP SuccessFactors: Cloud Foundry Installation Guide but has encountered the following error:

Current System:

We are not able to find SAP SuccessFactors Extensibility under entity assignment. But can see this under Service Assignments:

Expected (Steps to be followed as per Adobe document) :

Do you happen to know what may be causing this error and how can we fix this?

Hi @nurul_sakinah,

If you are going to use AdobeSign for offer letters, SuccessFactors does not have native support for it as our main integration is with Docusign. This is the main feature for online esignature.

We also cannot answer your issue with the account as well, since custom integrations with SuccessFactors are usually done via ODATA API.
