Producer - Pixel errors and lines in simulations

Hello,

A customer reported that when he's creating simulations with Producer in S/4 some bubbles have pixel errors/lines in them. Not all the bubbles have these pixel errors within the same simulation, they are visible only on random pages.

Could you please advise what could cause these? Is there a way to fix these/avoid having these in simulations?

I've seen this before. It is basically down to scaling, and the way the Bubbles are constructed (separate images for the corners, edges, pointer, etc.). You can prevent it by using Zoom to 100% only, but that has other limitations. Otherwise, not a lot you can do about it - it will happen sometimes depending on the size of the user's screen and the actual recording size.

I had a session with the same customer to test the scenario and while setting the zoom to 100% gives the best resolution (it is normally set to 100% by default for most of the users of Enable Now), changing it can result in severe distortions. Currently we are using the version 10.4.4, we are about to upgrade next month. Was this issue improved in the following editions or is it planned to get fixed in the future? Although it is a minor glitch, it is worth fixing, as the distorted bubbles can ruin the professional feel of the simulations.

Could this be connected to the different modes used?

We set the zoom to 100% and it seems to be better, however, our customer found that switching between the modes could have different results too. While in Edit mode the bubble looks fine, in Preview and Published mode there are pixel errors for the same bubble.
