Producer is crashing

I am trying to open producer since yesterday but every time producer crashes and throws watchdog - The Producer has a problem and stopped working.

I tried to install new producer but it didn't work. Can you please let me know the solution for this issue?

Hi Mayuri,

thanks for elaborating on your question. Here are some suggestions:

  • Try to rename the local workarea folder usually located here: C:\Users\USERID\AppData\Local\CloudWA\a9e78095b_W_4FBF12FFA, and then try to download the Producer again
  • Check this KBA and delete the mentioned files
  • If you are using Java to open the Producer.jnlp file, check your new java version and make sure it fits the requirements. Also check the other requirements.

There might be several reasons behind this behaviour, if my suggestions don't help please raise an incident with the component KM-WPB-PRO.
