Process Variant Manager Rules for ONB 2.0

Hi Community,

one customer is requesting to have multiple Process Variants for each type of Onboardee.
This selection should be based on information coming from the position that was assigned in recruiting for the Onboardee.

Im trying to build a rule with the info below in the IF condition. but after the is equal to i only have the option to select the option Text and not value in order to select the info from the picklist that is used in the position.

Process Variant Rule Model.Process.User.Job Information.Employee Class.External Code

Is Equal To

"TEXT"

Is it possible to have this type of config in the process variant manager rule. How can i choose the process based on info from the position?

Hi Hermann -

Try adjusting your rule to this, then you should be able to select from the picklist options if Employee Class is a picklist field in Job Information.

Process.User.Job Information.Employee Class
