Hi experts,

I am new in E-recruitment. During creating Process Templates we can add 5 process :

Inbox

Pre-screening

Screening

Offering

Closing

Refferals.

What is the meaning of Inbox in this case? in which process can i use questionnaire in apllication wizard ? can i add application entry process by custimizing ?

Hello,

The "inbox" process is used for collecting all incoming applications. In the next processes, you filter the applications of the candidates, to end up with the one(s) you want to hire. So "inbox" is actually where you will have your "questionnaire during application" activity.

However, you can customize the "out-of-the-box" processes to suit your customer's requirements as well as the assignment of activities to processes. See tables T77RCF_ACT_PRO and V77RCF_ACT2PROC among others (or in SPRO, under "applicant tracking" and "activities"). It depends on which version you're on.
