Problem in Data transfer activity in sap erec

Hello Experts,

I am facing problem in Data transfer for new employees activity in EREC .

I am getting  error message that No data available from the partner system (->table T752F) .

well, i have checked link:

and notes mentioned in it :

Note 1715448 and 997181 .

In note 997181 , it is said we need to activate few BADI's , which are :

HRALX_HRALXSYNC_BADI	CHECK_INTER_NA_EXIST
HRPAD00INFTY	HR_INTEGRATION_TO_B
HRPAD00INFTY	HR_INTEGRAT_TO_EREC
HRPAD00INFTY	HRRCF00_STORE_HRQUAL

I have checked in TCODE SE19, these are inactivated,

When i tried to activate , it asked for 'ACCESS KEY' .

This is what my major concern is , Is 'ACCESS KEY' only solution or I am missing any configuration ?

Am i missing any step , in EREC configuration where these BADI's can activated .

It may be very simple question, but i am Newbee , so pls help .

Hi Nicole,

I have one more Query regarding same.

When recruiter process 'DATA TRANSFER FOR NEW EMPLOYEE' activity, Candidate got disappeared from ASSIGNMENT Screen , Weather Pa48 works or not ?

Is there any other place on portal where Recruiter can see those persons whose 'DATA TRANSFER FOR NEW EMPLOYEE' got completed ?

I Run 'DATA TRANSFER' for ANJANA SHARMA as in Image1.

After this activity, There is no entry for Anjana Sharma in this screen as in Image3 .

My concern is , if PA48 doesn't work.

Then how could i know weather this person Data got transferred or not ,

I think it doesn't get transferred .

Then, Where in Mid i found this candidate and again go for Her activities ...

Hi Pankaj,

In release 604 per defaul you just see hired activities in process "all" if you active the checkbox "to be hired".

This is because there you just see candidacies in status "in process" by default.
