The scenario must occur at many organisations and yet being new to EC I cannot find the information to solve the issue.
For now I want to do a straight forward proration of annual leave balances for someone who leaves half way through the year having an initial balance of 30 days.
If the solution involves a rule + paramaters, some explanation / example of what they are and how they are used would be appreciated. (Not forgetting any other settings required within the time management area.
NB Other postings about this topic I have found are with regard to accrued balances. In this scenario the balance is a fixed amount given at the beginning of each year.
