Printing letters from e-Recruitment

Hi All,

We have issue, user not able to print any letters from E-recruitment system, such as "rejection of correspodance". Support team had a look at but been unable to establish how the system knows which printer to use it,

Could you please advise.

Hi Ram,

You can setup the printer using tcode: SAPD

For further configuration of Correspondence (Letters) refer to node:

SAP E-Recruiting -> Applicant Tracking -> Activities ->
Correspondence.

Thanks for the mail.

I have tried with tcode SAPD, it doesnot exist.

I have gone through via path under correspondence --> Assign Forms to Activity Types

when i click on Assign Forms to Activity Types i can see activity type Correspondence: Rejection agaist to it ZRRCF_CS_IT_EXA_STATCHG_RJCTN3 form was assinged.

Could you please explain what i need to check exactly.

Hi Ram,

Sorry for the type, tcode is SPAD.

The path suggested was from a functional standpoint, to understand the configuration which form is being used, document format etc.

Thanks for the information.

Do we need to take Basis help to set up printer or we can do it.

If we, in T-code SPAD, I can see two tabs.

Devices/servers and Admin

Under Devices/servers --> Output Devices, Spool Servers,Access Methods and Destination Host

Admin --> setting, delete old spool requests, consistency check of spool databse and print request overview.

What we need select amoung these.

does he have locl in his SU01 profile as printer? Because this doesn't work (there is a note that describes this if you want)

Hi Andy,

Thanks for information.

Yes, he have locl in his profile under spool control and there are two option. 1. output immediately 2. Delete after output. Here we we have selected 2 option.
