Prework Notification + Attachement

Hi everyone 🙂

Has anyone found a workaround to send automated prework notifications to user x days before a live class? I've had to add a reminder in my calendar to manually send these (created a template for it, but would love to make this automated).

Dear celiab,

Thank you for your post/question.

As of today, there is no standard solution for sending pre work notifications, but I know some customers use the API calls to do that (I don't have the details as they build it inhouse but if I am not mistaken, they use admin/scheduledoffering-service/v1 Metadata).
