Preview IAS System integration to access our application in SF

Business required to upload New Metadata file in IAS in Preview System for integration to access our application in SF (Employee Central). We have updated the Metadata file in Preview IAS. However getting the below error when the user is login.

Kindly suggest to resolve this error.
