Practice Mode - Help Window no longer available

Hi All,

We have been working on our practice modes. Up until Monday (when we were updated to the latest version), if someone did not execute the step correctly, a help menu popped up, allowing the user to try again, skip the step, or be shown the step. Since the upgrade, we are no longer seeing this.

Would greatly appreciated some thoughts... We are getting ready to publish a course and cannot without the help window in the Practice Mode.

It may be related to the 'retry count' feature that was added in 2305 (I think). See Playback Settings > General > Global > Points per step. If this is set to 1 then the user will only get one attempt. It is usually 3 by default. Maybe yours got changed somehow?

That setting was correct. In the Feedback section, the Feedback handling was set back to No Feedback, I changed it back to Standard and the help came back.
