POWL Inbox remains empty

Hi,

At my customer we are upgrading E-Recruiting from 6.00 to 6.06. Now, one of the things we struggle with is the Workflow inbox.

When we look in the SAP Business Workplace Inbox in the backend we see that several workflow items are ready for a recruiter. If the same recruiter tries to view these work items through NWBC he sees an empty POWL Inbox.

Could you please provide suggestions what could be wrong?

Hi Marius,

I just want to clarify what you mean with POWL Inbox. The dashboard of the recruiter (startpage) with the different links to the queries (eg. my open requisitions) or the UWL with all workflow items?

I mean the UWL with all workflow items; title of the page: POWL Based Inbox for Recruiter. WDA: IBO_WDA_INBOX, Application config.: RCF_RECRUITER_WDAC_POWL_INBOX. From role SAP_ERC_RECRUITER_CI_4.

We use NWBC.

If you use NWBC you should not use the UWL, that requires a portal. You should use the The POWL Worklist

Sorry for my incorrect wording. We are indeed using the POWL Worklist.
