Power BI Template Definition

I am currently using the Power BI template for the SAP Enable Now data.

For the dashboard "SAP Companion Consumption", may I know what is the definition of "Interactions overall"?

Does "Times started" means the number of the SAP Companion is being started? Is the action of starting the SAP Companion counted as an interaction as well?

Any of the following (corresponds to the SAP Companion Usage Report in Manager):

• SAP Companion Started: Clicking on the (?) button
• Context Help Started: Displaying the Help Topics page of the Carousel
• Link Tile Chosen
• Help Tile Chosen
• Guided Tour Started
• Learning Section Started: Displaying the Learning page of the Carousel
• Learning Content: Book Started
• Learning Content: Book Page Started
• Learning Content: Simulation ({mode}) Accessed

Thanks Dirk! May I know if there is any documentation on the terms used in the Power Bi template? Because some of the terms like "Free Tasks" and "Content without Access", I can't seem find the correlation between it and the reports in Manager.

Not that I'm, aware of - just the usual inconsistency in SAP's use of terminology. But I believe Free Tasks are Tasks without an associated object, and Content without Access is content that has never been displayed (accessed) by a user.
