Power BI Template Data Connection

I am currently connecting the Power BI templates, it works fine for other workareas but there's a particular workarea that gives out the errors as below. I had make sure that Report Viewer role is given to this workarea and I'm using a manual user account to sign in as well. Will there be any other reasons that is causing this error? Thank you in advance!

If you are just using one of the SAP-provided templates (e.g. Workarea Analysis) as-is, and it works OK for other Workareas and not this one, then it must be a permissions issue. Double-check the Workarea permissions (now under Manage Access on the Workareas and Tags admin screen) for this Workarea / manual user.

I thought of this too at first. I've check multiple times for the permissions. It is exactly the same as the other Workareas. I see the error shown is from "Record Report - Combined" and "Content Tracking Activity". Would it be that these particular 2 reports have issues in the Manager?
