Hi, previously I have errors whenever I tried connecting to a particular workarea while other workareas are working fine. I have given the correct permission to that workarea.
Lately i try to make the connection again. It does not give me any error. However, the dashboard came out without any contents. May I know how to solve this problem?

The Record Report is not showing any data but null values. The other tables are working fine.

Only the "GetRecordReportByWorkarea" query not working.
Other the query is working.

It's hard to know what is causing the issue without more information, but two options are:
1. Something on your network is blocking the communication between Power BI and your Manager server. You can get your IT team to take a look and see if they can identify an issue
2. You are not turned on tracking in SAP Companion so there is no data to display in the dashboard. Make sure that you have set the following parameter in your SAP Companion configuration:
trackingUrlSEN=https://[companyname].enable-now.cloud.sap/wa/[WorkareaID]/
You need to replace [companyname] with the name from your SAP Enable Now URL and [WorkareaID] with the ID of the Workarea that contains your SAP Companion content.
