Possible to use different weights/ratings in PM Form per user type

Hi, 

Our client requested a very customized scenario, but I'm not sure it's possible (I actually think it will not be possible but I want to double check). 

They have 3 Objective Sections in the PM Template. Every section weight is used for the Overall Rating Calculation. But the section weight should be different depending on the user type. 

E.g., user from department A should have section weight 20% for a particular section, while user from department B should have section weight 30% for a particular section. 

I don't think this is possible? The only workaround I see, is that you create different PM forms per user type (in which the section weight is different).

@ellende-paep81  again in that case also its for all you cannot control it as user level.

@ellende-paep81  Yes this is not possible in one Template level ,you have to configure different Performance form for this requirement.

Hi Mridul, thanks for the confirmation! That's what I've thought... what also maybe is a possibility is to make Section Weight editable on PM Forms... In this way, some roles have the possibility to adap the Section Weight per User Type?
