Possibility to edit default continuous feedback questions

We would like to be able to edit the feedback questions below on the continuous feedback card. I know that requestors could edit the questions at their end before submitting the request but would there a possibility for us to default the questions to company-specific ones and remove the possibility to edit them?

@jo21 Yes it is possible you can update these question using Manage language>custom labels.

Thank you! Is there any possibility to limit the number of questions or to hide the feedback topic field for instance?
