positive/negative/no feedback icon

Hi,

When a recruiter opens the Job posting and clicks on Assignment button it lists the candiate who have applied for the job posting.

We are facing a problem where in the icon (Which indicates positive/negative/no feedback) for the field 'Questionnaire' is blank for a candiate and for one candidate it is  yellow triangle icon (indicates no feedback available)

Any idea how this icon is actually displayed for different candidates.

Hello Sriram,

What is shown if you call the questionnaire ('overall rating' - on the top)? Does it match to the icons?

Hi Nicole,

The problem we are facing is when the recruiter views the assignment of candidates to the requisition, for some candidates the Icon in questionnaire field is blank and for one candidate the Icon in questionnaire field is a yellow triangle.

This issue is happening in production alone and we are not able to replicate it in development or quality.

We are going backwards from the ABAP Code to check how these Icons are displayed and trying to replicate the scenario in other environments.

There is a check in the code such that the candidate will not be able to skip the questionnaire.

Hello Sriram,

Have you checked if all notes are implemented in your production system too? I would check if the problem exists for one particular questionnaire or more. Are the points calculated correctly (to be seen if you display the questionnaire)?
