Hello team, collegues,
1 million € question (but if you answer, I will just shake virtually your hand).
How can we report on as of today vacant positions that will not longer be vacant in the future?
We have a report as of today of vacant positions, with "To be Hire" = Yes.
Those positions are currently vacant, but some of them have already a future incumbent.
In this report I would like to see that the positions that are currently still in "To be hired" =Yes they will no longer be vacant in the near future (possibly with a date in the future).
e.g.
Today, March 15th, positions A is in to "be hired" = yes.
On April 1st, there will be a new employee joining the organization on this positions, therfore, the "To be hired" will be = "No"
If I extract the report "vacant positions" today, I will see the position A = to be Hired yes, therefore, and correctly, still vacant. Being HR with hundres of controlled positions, it's complex for me to remember all the positions that are no longer vacant.
Can we have a report with a calculated field indicating the date (or other format) of the new joiner or when teh position will not be vacant anymore?
Request clarification before answering.
