Position linkage with requisition

Hi,

Need to know the behavior of requisition & position linkage.

When there is any change in position attributes which is already linked with some open requisition, the relation A/B 657 is getting removed.

There is no entry available in HRP1001 for NB-S (For which some attribute has been changed).

For example, when we changed the job code linked with position that particular position is removed from requisition(NB).

Is this a standard behavior of system?

Hi Monika,

Can you confirm if the following assumptions are correct?
1. Your HR and E-Recruiting operate on different systems, with ALE being used to distribute the changes from HR to E-Recruiting.
2. The change in job code you mentioned is represented by the S-007-C relationship.
3. The IDoc containing the changes for the S-007-C relationship is sent in insert mode (segment E1PLOGI field OPERA = I).

If they are, then you need to create your IDocs in Update mode instead of Insert.
