Position change propagate to lower level position

Hi, does anyone know a way to configure downward propagation on Position? For example update a department on position could cascade down to position reporting to this position?

You may want to leverage manage mass changes for this or if you lack the fields to filter on, you could aim for Manage Mass Changes for Metadata Objects and if that as well lacks the right fields for filtering, you could try integration center (where you filter for a specific parent position or that exact position + then indicate in the fields what is to be changed and per when.
