Position based Job Profiles without Employee Central

Hi everyone,

Can you please let me know if it is possible to use position based Job Profiles when instance does not have implemented Employee Central and also have Job Profile links on People Profile?

I was not able to achieve this; in Manage Job Profile Content when using JOBCODE I got Job Profile link on People Profile but was not able to create position based Job Profile and when using JOBCLASSIFICATION then I was able to create position based Job Profile but there was no link on People Profile.

It seems impossible without Employee Central.
