Portal Error: You are not authorized to execute this application in sap E-Recruiting ehp5.

Hi All,

Hope everyone are doing in good spirit.

I am working on E-Recruiting (EHP5) for one of my clients and I got the below error in the portal.

We are working on Standalone architecture where we have maintained both the HR and E-Rec systems in different instances.

Now i got a struck with portal error. When I logged into portal i am getting an error stating that, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE THIS APPLICATION.

I am trying to understand where went wrong as i have already assigned both ABAP roles (in HR and E-Rec system) and Portal roles properly!!!

If it is a problem of BP, there is already BP created for this candidate(User).

Can any one please respond and help me on this and it would appreciable from you end.

Hello shekhar,

We also encountered same problem .

1 . Communication Infotype should be maintained .

2 . Candidate object(NA) should be there in system, if not you can use Report RCF_CREATE_USER  in case of separate systems OR HRALXSYNC in case of Integrated systems .

Hello Sekhar,

It may be due to some authorization issues.

Run your application in the portal and at the same time check the T-Code SU53. Contact your BASIS/Security team to resolve your authorization issues.

Guess it will really solve your problem.

Hi Sekhar,

Do you have a canidate object assigned? You can also check transaction SLG1 for further hints on this error.
