Hi everyone, thanks for reading this question/thread.
I'm wondering if others also have similar issues like this. If we have an ELN (eLearning) or VIDEO (VID) course, when the learner launch the course, the SCORM (or video) pop-out window would actually block the warning message of:
Your course will open in a new browser window, do not close or refresh this window...
Here is a sample screenshot:

To me, this is really bad design, as we have found that some of our novice factory workers (who never uses LMS systems before), they will NOT see that yellow box warning message, and some of them thought that they should just focus on the new pop-out window and may just close the "mother" window (Online Course Details window). When that happens, of course we know that they can still watch the entire video or complete the SCORM course in the new pop-out (child) window, but the completion status would never get communicate back to the "mother" window (LMS) successfully. Is there a good solution/work-around about this issue? Thanks!
