Pool data from SuccessFactor

Hi,

I am new to successfactor

I want to Pool data (Employee/Resource) from SuccessFactors (using Rest or any method) to my application.

how is it possible

I will suggest you to take the 2 hour training course: SAP SuccessFactors Compound Employee API (HRH52E). You will got it all from there
