Hi
When implementing a Hybrid solution, what can be the possible points of process/data integration between SAP HCM Core HR (On Premise) and BizX Recruting (Cloud)?

Hi Shubham,
At the end of March SAP will release a standard integration scenario for Recruiting. However, this will not be the entire process and additional scenarios will be released later. You may need to build out some integration yourself in the meantime to bridge the gap between the supplied scenario and your customer's process requirements.
As per my other posts, you can use a file-based method (via FTP) or a middleware approach via SAP NetWeaver PI or SAP HANA Cloud Integration (due for release in March 2013).
To decide which fields you need to map will depend on your customer's processes and data model.
Best regards,
Luke

Thanks Luke.In my last post you gave an example from Successor, Competency, Talent Group and Key Position data that will need to be transferred to SuccessFactors BizX while integrating Succession and Planning.
Can you help me out with more such examples in the area of Recruiting which you would have encountered during your experience or something that comes out from your knowledge. I am trying to make a comprehensive list which could be used for the benefit of all.

Hi Nicole
I am basically looking at points of integration between the Recruitment module which will on cloud and the Core HR/Employee Central module on premise. Since the two systems are at different places, lot of data flow will happen between them and the entire recruitment process will require extensive integration.
Just to give you an example:
Vacancy information needs to flow from Core HR (On Premise) to the Recruiting module on cloud and Candidate/Employee information back from Recruiting to Core HR.

Hi Shubham,
SAP are release 2 integration packages soon for recruiting process integration. The first package (2.0) is due later this month, with a subsequent package due in Q2. The first package will cover creating requisitions and hiring actions and the second will cover vacancy integration.
Best regards,
Luke
