PMGM - Error accessing Goal Plan & assessing goals in PM Form

Hello everyone,

Did someone already got an issue accessing goals ?

I've got this issue when I try to open my goals

And this issue when I try to assess the goals on my own PM form

Hello @priscillavrhg_91

Regarding 1st error in the (Goal plan) page, this could happened for many reasons, one of most common that you deleted a field from the goal plan and this field was containing a data, as if you will delete a field it should be empty from any data from all employees in the instance.

Regarding the 2nd error most probably you maintained a wrong code in the goal plan XML in the section of (form layout) so you need to review it

Hi anika_weier ; the issue I noticed was because the wifi in our offices wasn't protected that's why the Goal Plan wasn't accessible. When I'm using my mobile phone connection on my laptop, I can access the Goal Plan again ; maybe it's also linked to that?
