PM Forms - visibility to HR groups

Hi all,

Our use case is that we need to create a PM form for a particular country. However the requirement is that local HR for that country need to be able to see the forms i.e. if there is an RBP Group with 5 users, those 5 users need access to the form. They are NOT listed as matrix managers or HR managers etc.

Are there any options in PM where a form can be made visible to a custom group?
