PM form rating to Employee profile

Hi Experts

I have client requirement where we need to have last three years performance rating to be populated in employment info portlet. Please advise is there any standard field in EP, so can maintain HRIS sync mapping with Employment info fields.

Or is there any way I can populate PM rating to Employment info portlet?

Hi Nirmala,

You can enable sysOverallPerformance portlet in Succession Data Model and then add it in your people profile.

You can upload data via Extended Information Import process and maintain several years data as needed.
