Compensation Insights does not use data from the Pay Range object. As a result, any updates to the Pay Range after an employee’s last pay change will not be reflected in the compensation insights.
Example: An employee’s pay changes on 10-Jul-2025, resulting in a compa-ratio of 95%. On 01-Oct-2025, the Pay Range object is updated with a new salary range. This new salary range changes their compa-ratio to 105%. This updated compa-ratio is not reflected when the manager generates Compensation Insights.
