[Please help me! save me]SAP automatically shut down right after I push 'Run' button

Suddenly SAP shut down right after I push 'Run' button.

And Some T-code works but if I go to detail menu and it also shut down automatically.

I sent e-mail to SAP service center and my company's IT.

But they didn't answer yet. It almost 2 weeks passed.

Please help me 😞 😞

Could you share a screen shot of the "run" and the transaction you are using? Use the image icon to upload

If you are using a SAP GUI Front end installed on a local machine, try reinstalling it.

Other troubleshooting actions could be trying the same steps using your user ID in another computer, using another user ID in your existing computer.

Ask your Basis admin to check upon your user for errors in SAP backend (SM21/ ST22).

Hope it helps to shed a light. To investigate further, a little bit more information would be helpful. (version of front end, operating system, SAP backend version, transaction being executed)
