placeholder time off request

Hello ,

I need the following placeholders in time off requests document generation:

1-counter for days off took by employee

2-counter for vacation days left in his vacation balance

How to set this in document template mapping? See attachment

If you don't have custom fields for that within the employee time object it is impossible. If you do, the mapping may be similar to what you see in the screenshot.
