Hi Experts,
With 2H 2023 Release, there is a new feature released for SF Mobile App. The feature is "Forgot Password".
We are testing this and the app is not behaving as expected.
Previously once we configured the app via QR code, and thereafter we just need to enter the password. But recently, we are observing that when we enter the new password into the app, it again and again asks for login details. It gives three options to login and those three options are 'Username and password', 'QR Code' and 'Email Code'.
Is anyone facing this type of issue? How that was resolved?
I raised an incident with SF and the support is not giving clear picture on how this "Forgot Password" will work for SSO used customers. Also the release notes did not give any details on SSO used customers about this feature.
