Picklist Search in Search bar CSB does not show Picklist values

Hello,
i have added a custom field to the picklist search in the search bar in CSB and mapped everything.

When i navigate to the Career Site with following path --> Recruiting > Job Requisitions > Open a Job Req > Job Postings > And open the Link from the (external) corporate posting, then the picklist values are displayed.

But when i use the following navigation --> Career Site Builder > Pages > Home > DE Deutsch > Default Brand > Home > and open the preview and now open my custom field in the picklist search in the search bar there is just displayed "All".

So the system just shows me the picklist values when i just opened a job req, which has a picklist value f.e. "part time" Or if I had such a job req opened and navigate back to all the posted job back.

Does anyone know how i can always get all picklist values displayed in the search bar? No matter how I navigate to the search bar?
