picklist field capturing option ID instead of label

Hi Team,

We have defined candidate summary display field as picklist type in job application template. But when we are testing output, The field is capturing picklist option id instead of picklist value label in candidate talent-pipeline / Summary-display screen.

We are unable to find RCA for the same.

Hi Gaurav - Can you provide the code and a screenshot of what you see? Is it happening for all picklist fields you add to the candidate summary display options or is it just one field? Have you recently made changes to the picklist? Deactivated one of the options that was previously active?
