PGP encryption key issue in SuccessFactors Learning PARTNER_EXTRACT

I am trying to configure SuccessFactors Learning PARTNER_EXTRACT for Viva Learning following Microsoft Guide https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/learning/configure-successfactors-content-source

Issue is that the SuccessFactors Learning PARTNER_EXTRACT configuration does not accept the multi-line PGP key - all lines except from the first one are reported as errors on Save. A PGP key is multi-line by standards specification

I am getting errors like these

• Cannot save the property list because the key mQGNBGGwkdMBDACaoNABvWoCHhIOPeolehGWwActUgV3jtuFYJf/adUGYJBjQF2v is not recognised as a valid key for this property list. The unrecognised key or part of the key is: mQGNBGGwkdMBDACaoNABvWoCHhIOPeolehGWwActUgV3jtuFYJf/adUGYJBjQF2v.
• Cannot save the property list because the key c3yU0aYHbpxnZAUSCDOSu0XZjs9nwmbfFw0bksmrs/c0SaKwQAQaLWWW/lFSa++7 is not recognised as a valid key for this property list. The unrecognised key or part of the key is: c3yU0aYHbpxnZAUSCDOSu0XZjs9nwmbfFw0bksmrs/c0SaKwQAQaLWWW/lFSa++7.
• Cannot save the property list because the key YrFA6TDhXT8CwLCcpNPKmk5tzTvEK9bAARMBJfViWqrGGyUCrrob43Wg9XzN4HUK is not recognised as a valid key for this property list. The unrecognised key or part of the key is: YrFA6TDhXT8CwLCcpNPKmk5tzTvEK9bAARMBJfViWqrGGyUCrrob43Wg9XzN4HUK.

Does anybody know how to enter the PGP key correctly?

Hi Aleksandar,

You need to remove the space at the end of each line.

At the end it will look like a big line with all the pgpg key in only one line.

Use notepad++ as editor, go to view, show simbol, show all characters, and then you can see the break symbol at the end of each line, remove and paste on SSFF.
